Booking plots
If you book a place then we do everything we can to give you the place that suits you best. Depending on location and time, you can choose from available plots. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee a specific plot number.
Self-check-in
Despite our focus on personal contact, since the pandemic we have seen an increased need to be able to check in independently. With our "self-check-in" you can check-in, pay and arrange your arrival quickly and easily. You will be assigned a plot based on selected facility and date and will receive all information such as area map, plot number and receipt via email. ATTENTION! It is therefore important that you can open your e-mail! Payment is made by credit card.
Check-in and check-out time
We do not handle special check-in timee. You can come whenever you want and stay as long as you want. ;-) But... latest check-out time is 15.00h. If you arrive before 15.00h during the high season, this may mean you have to wait for a plot. We recommend calling in advance so we can reserve a plot for you.
What kind of camp spots?
We have nice grass plots (85-125m2). Sites 1-6 are on a former road, have mostly gravel and are therefore flat and stable. Places 7-17 (125m2!) are larger and are located directly at the waterside. We usually reserve pl 7-10 for mobile homes because those plots are more stable in case of rain.
Motorhome pitches
In the car park outside and inside the campsite, we offer motorhome pitches from 18.00h to 10.00h. The pitches inside the camping area have 16A electricity. When you book a pitch, you have access to the campsite's facilities. The car park is in the high season in super fine weather used by bathers during the day. We try to offer space for all our guests, both bathing and camping guests. When the campsite is fully booked or when someone has a mobile home that is too large for our usual pitches, then it may happen that we also offer space for mobile homes during the day. However, we try to find as good a balance as possible between parking spaces for bathers and pitches for camping guests.
Service station for mobile homes
In front of the service house is a service station for mobile homes. Here you can empty fixed tanks (grey water) and fill up drinking water. Chemical disposal point is available in the service building. Use of the service station is free for camping guests. If you do not live at the campsite but want to use the service station, we ask you to register at the reception. For SEK 50 you get access.
Breakfast at Yxningens Café
From 08.00-10.00h it is possible to enjoy a wonderful and delicious breakfast in our café. We serve fresh bread (bake-off), eggs, ham, cheese and salami, fresh vegetables, yogurt and cereals. Served with a glass of juice and coffee or tea. Breakfast can be booked at the latest the day before. Please inform us by booking if you have wishes such as gluten/lactose free or vegetarian.
