When booking and fulfilling the agreement (guest):
Name, address, email, telephone number, nationality, accommodation type (site/cottage), arrival & departure date. The processing is necessary to fulfill the booking agreement.
When handling payments:
Name, address, email, telephone number, payment reference, transaction history. Legal obligation: Accounting Act.
When marketing (Newsletter, offers):
Email address Consent (If the guest actively chooses to subscribe)
When recruiting (Employees/Seasonal staff):
Name, address, email, telephone number, social security number, payroll account number, CV, personal letter, references. Inquiry of interest (to handle the application) or when hiring.
