WHO ARE WE?

Hello and nice to meet you!

We are Rembrandt and Annelie, a enthusiastic couple with two children. Our roots are in the ‘Green Heart’ in the Netherlands. Not far from all major cities.🙂

Entrepreneurship is our passion! In 2007 we took over Yxningens Camping. The first few years it was just the two of us together but now we have a wonderful team of +- 9 employees. In 2010 we started renting out holiday homes around Lake Yxningen but now also in Ringarum. Between 2015 and 2025 we also took care of Grännäs Camping and Stugby in Valdemarsvik. But since May 2025 we have chosen to put 100% focus again on our little paradise Yxningens Camping which we have meanwhile developed with a new reception building and café business with full rights! And we have many ideas and plans for the future.... 😉

We think it is fantastic to live our dream in Sweden and in Valdemarsvik municipality. In the winter we enjoy a quiet life and in the summer we do everything we can to give our guests a wonderful time. The perfect balance in life!

At home, we like to take care of our ponies, cats and chickens together with our children. In short… sitting still is nothing to us. But in the winter, we like to watch a good TV series or movie in the evening.
